Payment
Inhouse Vintage Aps receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron,
Mastercard and JCB. Payment will not be charged from your account until the item is shipped.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.

Inhouse Vintage Aps uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with
the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that all your information is secured and hidden.

Delivery
Domestic shipping
We deliver free of charge in the Copenhagen area. Other parts of Denmark shipping costs are
DKK 250,-. Orders above DKK 5000,- are shipped free of charge.

International shipping
We frequently ship to countries outside of Denmark. Kindly email us at sales@inhousevintage.com for
more information of shipping costs to your destination. Please note that local taxes and import duty
may occur and cannot be covered by Inhouse Vintage.

Shipping time
We ship items within 3 weekdays upon receipt of your order. Shipping is insured and we will inform
you by mail or SMS with shipping info, tracking number etc..

Warranty
A license is granted under 2 years in accordance with the Purchasing Act. You right of complaint
applies to manufacturing defects on the product.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product /
service.

Inhouse Vintage Aps will cover a reasonable amount of return costs for such complaints.

Packages cannot be returned as “receiver to pay”.

Reimbursement
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed
amount.

Return policy
We follow the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven, LBK nr 237 af 28/03/2003). Return the goods
to us within 14 days from delivery date, if you are not satisfied with them. We will refund the sales
price, when you have returned the goods in salable condition. Please note that you as a customer must
cover all return, shipping, and exchange costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you
must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given per mail at sales@inhoussevintage.com You can use our cancellation

The condition of the product when you return it
You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling. In other words – you
can try the product in the same way as if it was purchased in a physical store. In the case of a framed
object, we recommend that you keep the transparent plastic foil protection on the frame if you want to
test hang it on your wall. The frames are handmade in wood and therefore delicate to pressure and
shock.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in
the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned,
depending on the dammage caused.
